A soon to be retired ACF-Brill trolley bus enters service on North Central Avenue. Note the unusual feeder cable tie-off at the upper right. In the background, a Marmon-Herrington is turning northbound onto Central, probably coming from the North Ave Barn and heading to Belmont or Fullerton Avenue service. It is 1:05pm, June 13,1968. Within a short period of time, the Marmon- Herringtons would have the twin wire network to themselves.
