Ex-Chicago Transit Authority 44 is a single-unit elevated car built by St. Louis in 1960 shown on January 6 2002. Cars like this utilized components from scrapped Chicago PCC streetcars. The Museum of Transportation acquired 44 in 1998, and the car is now part of MoT's operating fleet.
