These are the old PandW Shops. In modern times, the site has been referred to sometimes as at Victory Ave because Red Arrow's Victory Ave bus garage is across the tracks from the Shops. In this picture, the bus garage is off to the left. 72nd St is another way of referring to the shop location (and is the way we refer to the location on this site)
