Marmon Herrington 520 westbound on Wyoming St near Jay St.   WW "Bill" Owen, the Man Who Saved The Trolleys in Dayton, is buried in Woodland Cemetery to the right in this photo, and stands watch over the trolleys on the Watervliet line.
